Application Procedures

 

The goal of the Human Resources Department of the Paris Independent School District is to recruit and hire top quality individuals who will have a positive influence on the development of Paris' students, and to provide professional development opportunities for all administrators so they can become highly effective instructional leaders. It is the firm belief of the Paris Independent School District that the higher the quality of administrators and teachers the better the educational environment for all Paris students.

All applications are to be submitted using on-line application system at the address listed below:

The following items will be required to complete application: 

  • application
  • copy of college transcript(s)
  • copy of teaching certificates(s)
  • a current resume (optional)
  • All materials received and contacts made will be treated in a confidential manner. After each application is reviewed and screened, administrators and campus teams will interview the most qualified candidates.

Quick Tip Information

Quick Tip is a support system that allows students to communicate with school administrators. While the district already has many programs to help students deal with challenges such as bullying behaviors, stress, peer pressure, and family problems, Quick Tip helps break the code of silence often experienced by students because it allows them to report concerns to administrators anonymously.

SchoolMessenger Quick Tip app is available for both iOS (iTunes App Store) and Android devices (Google Play). Download SchoolMessenger Quick Tip App. When launching the app for the first time, you will be prompted to enter the school district code. The school district code is paristx.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is not a crisis line. In cases of emergency, the site will direct students to call 911!
